The Mystery of Time

Time is mysterious in the most mystical way.

Time can be mischievous.

Time is tricky.

Time is always of essence.

Mislead Time is No time, Melting Time But still Time moving through time.

Yet, mislead time, is no time but, still time is always ticking.

& one thing about time that makes it even more beautiful- is it can not be bought, it can not be cheated, it can not be even fully explained to understand what "time" means, other than in a general sense that we created over a period.

Ever wonder what time truly is- and why time defy so many people, why does it scare people. I think time scares people more than death does- I guess because what we think is the end of our time will eventually result in death. What if we take time and throw it away and live life without checking our watches or looking at what day it may be- will you live a more proprietress life or will time eventually catch up to you?

As you look around, especially living in a big city- people are always running to get somewhere, coffee is spilling as we look at our phones to let us know where we need to go and focusing on how much time we have left more than what time it is, what upcoming events we have to attend and fitting in more things through the week and how much time you have left to even get some shut eye- but what if we look at time as factor and something that either can be our downfall or destruction of living.

More or less, we can all agree an extra day in the week would help since it feels as if this factor, we call time, is against us. But is it against us or are we the ones who made time feel as if it is always running out. I mean it seems as if who ever you ask they will agree that more time is needed. But why, it's called being controlled by the time instead of thinking about the true essence of time. Always, running out of time, never enough time in the week, living our busy lives looking at our watches and thinking how did time fly by or why does it move so slowly. It's sort of an oxy- moron, either it goes too quickly or moves too fast or runs by slowly; I guess that is depending on who you ask. What truly is time ? For us, over-time periods we created an algorithm for a way to keep track of time passing by. Thinking about how far our society has come- we truly built unbelievably beautiful things in such a time period it still to this day is unexplained. We created a calendar for the year, and also keep in mind that different cultures have different calender's- so in way do we all have a different outlook on time and each year, then as a society we chose to simplify it to keep track of our day. Take a look back the monumental prehistoric Stone Hedges, which I can not help but mention that we still can not explain how were built. But why there were constructed is now not a mystery- the large stones flayed out in perfect unison to keep track of watching the sunset and sunrise, for our ancestors to have a place to think, meditate and to understand when winter is coming and when summer is approaching; already at that era- we found a way to keep track of time with 24 hours of the day - focusing on there sources we have around us.

Time if such a tricky son of gun that explaining the underlined question of what it is, challenges our mind. Why can't time be the distance but instead we measure the distance by how much time it takes us to get to point a or b, instead of the facts around you. Distance is the length of a region ( let's say ) but how long it takes us to get there or finish a project, painting, sculpture, essay or even this blog is not defied by how many lengths it took me to get to this point in my life but how much time passed by and what I learned through the time period not the distance I walked.

But, what if somewhere out there time is not even a factor. is is possible is erase the meaning of time from our memory. What if what we call time - out there is just a ticking bomb. Time can be a mountain we climb into and the past can be a meadow we go through, the future can be a door we knock on and the present is something we unwrap and fall into. This would bring us so a scientifically stand-still with proving that time and space can be bend, or that space and time in quantum data is necessary. What if we change the time and think of it differently, more as something to keep track of the seasons and when to start planting our agricultural rural  or to keep track of weather. maybe time was never made to be taken to literal-  instead of timing our life, we should be living it without the worry of time.

Which brings me to a turning point within my blog -

What if our body is the time we have here on Earth and our soul is what is timeless about us.

Our biological clock may tick but that does not mean we are dying inside; Yes, we do get older with our mind and wiser with ourselves. Bringing me to focusing on timing whats inside of us. They say we are 20 percent brain and 80 percent water - what if this water was just our soul within. Does our soul have a time period, or does it travel through space and time with no worry.

Do we get stuck in a limbo and if yes, did anyone ever come back to tell us. I bet they did, somehow someway through love anything is possible, they were probably looked down upon and sounded abnormal. I believe we put this clock on ourselves. If our soul may have no timeline and does not have a biological clock, did science put time on humanity or do we put time on human life without even knowing it, are we the ones to blame about time and worry that when it runs out- what will come after ?

As my father says, "Its all a matter how you feel inside, how your spiritual side may feel young yet your body does not show that. The age you feel, usually will result in how you look, how your mood is, how you live life as a whole." I will never forget such a complex yet simply understandably statement. Most words my father tells me I usually break down to get everything I can out the words, every meaning out of love and depth of the sentences, because everything and anything he ever told me had so much love, that I truly think the love is strong time can be bent and defied. Everything he ever told came from love, but such love that it can move mountains and it is something that does not need time. You see love is timeless, we love people we never met and we love people who are not here anymore. How do we explain that? For the love of anything we travel such distances and accomplish so many aspects of life throughout time- just based on love. Space and time can not yet understand, the type of love we hold for each other as a family.

When I was younger, still trying to understand the importance of keeping a secret and promise- I once asked my father if he can tell me his biggest secret he ever had, something he never told anyone in the whole wide world- his answer was typical for a father like mine- If I would tell you Alexa, then it would not be a secret anymore- now would it ? My father is huge influence in my life and how I think. I started to see the world a bit differently and understand that we are here for the time we have but it shouldn't defy who we are. Our age is just a number that we have for the social norm- and birthdays are celebrated to truly celebrate life- not how much time we lived in life.

So you can take this next story and you can run with it, try to make sense of it or you can think about it like I do both illogical and logical- you can flip it, and you can re-think it over and over, because until this day I am still flustered about the statement I will make next.

One thing my father once told me- and I mean this really stuck with me for it is such a intense statement yet said so simply- that if I would ever run into a situation where the room is full of mirrors- to make sure to give them your watch; Give your watch away because your life is more precious than time- therefore, give them the time. Still to this day, I am trying to figure out what he means. There must be a logical explanation to that statement, I am so tired of thinking logically, which would be you are getting robbed and someone put you in a room full of mirrors therefore you can not ID or get confused and only see yourself- I guess that is what makes me, who I am, thinking outside that. It can mean some many things at once, or be simple as that- just give your watch to the person in the mirror. What baffles me is who would be that person in the mirror? is it anther diminished parallel universe where you exist- but need a watch to stay alive. Something like the movie IN TIME where time is all they had and time was the money, time was everything. But why a room full of mirrors, who would you see- other than yourself ? Then are you just in a way giving yourself the watch?

Who is that person in the mirror?

After countless arguments and trying to even prove this argument as valid through philosophical views. I started to think creativity and out of the box that society holds on us. What if my father described the end of our biological clock and that person in the room full of mirrors would be you at the end of your time, just yourself at different points in your life that you see in a room full of mirrors and you give yourself this watch to remember your past, present and future life.

In the end, I do not think I have it all figured out but I do know one thing- that person in that never-ending mirror is you, either in the past or the future.
You give yourself the watch, you give yourself the time, because your life is precious especially in the present.
give yourself the watch, you give yourself the time
